They wanted th parents to drop them a email with th following details in th following format

My contact number is [your mobile no.] and my office number is [your office no.].
My email address is [your email add].
You can also reach my spouse [spouse's name] at [your spouse's no.]. His/Her email address is [your spouse's email add]

Now let's try reading without the brackets(Of course,when you read out loud who will read I am Mr/Mrs bracket your name)LOL
